Our school is growing?and so is our team! At Next Generation , we are passionate about providing a nature-based, child-centered education for children aged six weeks to six years . We believe that the best learning happens when children explore, wonder, and connect with the world around them.

Welcome to Next Generation ? our nature-based early childhood program is expanding, and we?re on the lookout for teachers to join our team between now and June as we open two brand new classrooms!

Our program is all about process-based exploration, child-led curiosity, and strong relationships with both the land and one another. From muddy boots to leafy crowns, we embrace it all ? and we?re seeking a teammate who?s ready to dig in (literally and figuratively).

Duties

What You?ll Do:

• Co-create a nurturing, engaging space for children
• Guide children in open-ended play, sensory experiences, and outdoor adventures.
• Communicate openly with families and fellow educators.
• Collaborate on curriculum ideas, classroom setup, and seasonal projects.

• You're process-over-product in your teaching style.
• You're excited to support young children?s growth through movement, sensory play, story-sharing, and time spent outdoors in all seasons.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with young children
