Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Adventure & Leisure Travel Consultant to join our growing travel team. In this fully remote role, you will work with clients to design personalized adventure and leisure travel experiences from start to finish. If you have a passion for planning, love travel, and enjoy curating unforgettable journeys focused on adventure and relaxation, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Itinerary Design: Create customized travel plans tailored to each client’s preferences, including adventure activities, leisure experiences, accommodations, transportation, and dining options.

  • Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings or calls with clients to gather travel interests, expectations, and budget details.

  • Supplier Coordination: Work with trusted tour operators, activity providers, and travel vendors to secure the best options and pricing for clients.

  • Booking Management: Oversee all travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth planning process.

  • Customer Support: Provide support to clients throughout the planning process and during their trips, handling changes or emergencies with professionalism.

  • Travel Research: Stay current on adventure and leisure travel trends, destination updates, and seasonal offerings to enhance itinerary recommendations.

  • Post-Trip Engagement: Follow up with clients after their trips for feedback and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for organizing complex plans.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using online research and booking tools.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

  • Passionate about travel and helping others explore the world.
