Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

As the CISO at R3 Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for leading and executing our organization's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and successfully complete cybersecurity projects on time and within budget.• Build and maintain a high-performing information security team.• Mitigate risks associated with data breaches and leaks.• Establish, maintain, and continuously test infrastructure for operational recovery from cybersecurity incidents.• Stay current on cybersecurity risks and trends, and contribute to the development of the technology roadmap.• Define operating models for the information security team using ITILframework and ITSM tools.• Establish and manage relationships with third-party products and service providers to meet goals.• Establish and/or mature formal standards and practices in areas such as identity and access management (IAM), secure data handling, and data security policy development.

What we expect from you ?

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a Technology or Business-related field of study such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Business Information Systems.
• Required Expertise:
  • Strong working knowledge of data security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and SOC.
  • Expert knowledge of user and identity access management (IAM).
  • Working knowledge of security governance risk and compliance (GRC).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including FERPA or similar regulated data classifications.
  • Knowledge of best practices in security training and awareness.
  • Strong knowledge of tools and techniques for data security and recovery.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
