Your Role as an Assistant Manager:

As an Assistant Manager , you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to oversee daily operations , lead a high-performing team , and ensure an exceptional customer experience . Your leadership and strategic thinking will help maintain our top-tier industry reputation while driving sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management - Motivate and manage staff to meet sales targets and customer service goals.
• Customer Experience & Satisfaction - Ensure every customer has a top-notch experience, leading to positive Google reviews and repeat business .
• Sales & Promotions - Help drive conversion rates by implementing promotional campaigns and upselling membership programs .
• Training & Development - Conduct regular staff training on best practices, customer service, and car wash procedures.
• Operations & Facility Maintenance - Oversee inventory, cleanliness, and safety procedures to keep the car wash running smoothly.
• Financial Oversight - Assist with cash handling, budgeting, and deposit preparation to ensure financial efficiency.
• Marketing & Brand Growth - Support the implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new customers and drive revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a management or supervisory role (car wash, retail, or service industry preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills - You’re a natural leader who motivates others.
• Customer service mindset - You go above and beyond to create an exceptional experience .
• Problem-solving skills - You can adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease.
• Financial & business acumen - Experience with budgeting, sales tracking, and cash handling is a plus.
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
