You will oversee the daily operations of our Tire & Auto Center, and be responsible for managing and supervising a team of service technicians and mechanics; ensuring efficient and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance; monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of parts and supplies; coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction; providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction; implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment; and conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
