Auto Sales / Auto Internet Sales NEW Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, & RAM Dealership in Sealy TX We are looking for experienced Automotive Salepeople, and Auto Internet Sales Representatives, with a demonstrated history of successful car sales. You must be a competent computer user and digital communicator. We are looking for salespeople who can masterfully use technology for follow-up in all areas, including our CRM. You must have the ability to connect with customers over the phone, through videos, and via texting. If you have a dynamic personality, are great with people, and integrity is important to you, we might be the right place for you. We are looking for people who can answer "yes" to these questions:

• Is honesty important to you?
• Are you a positive go-getter who makes things happen?
• Do you have experience in automotive Internet sales?
• Are you a master of product knowledge?
• Do you have a special way with people that makes them smile?
• Are you a powerful closer who is great at persuasion?
• When you talk to customers on the phone, do they end up coming in and buying?
• Can you write a "call to action" text that makes your customers call you back?
• Can you make a personal video message for customers that is fun and effective?
• Are you a master at long-term follow-up?
• Do you generate appointments every day?
• Do you document what you do in a CRM, not for managers, but as a tool for yourself?
• Can you call and text a minimum of 40 customers a day and get customers in because of your skills, warmth, and ability?
