We are searching for the "Best of the Best" car sales associates to enhance our dynamic team. Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary plus commission
• Potential to earn between $60,000 to $160,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet sales goals
• Understand and effectively communicate Acura product knowledge to potential clients
• Greet and assist clients with test drives, vehicle selection, and financing options
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
• Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Continuously update knowledge of Acura products, services, and promotions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide exceptional customer service experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficient in using computer systems and technology
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
