Looking for a Phenomenal Baker!
Kismet is not a restaurant, we are an open kitchen retail shop with an abundance of culinary & home-focused goods. You should enjoy interracting with our customers, and be able to assist customers when needed. Our staff is small, our hours flexible and 90% are daytime. Weekends are part of the deal. 

Position responsibilities include producing baked goods from a roster of shop favorites and helping to create rotating specials. Maintaining a tidy workspace, stellar time management skills, responsible for daily opening & closing cleaning procedures, taking inventory, maintaining equipment, etc. Neat & organized is a must! Needs to be a self-starter, team player: Savory side & Retail often need assistance when you have a lull. Room for growth in a respectful work enviornment with a fabulous-but-small team.
