Bartender – Salmagundi Club (Full-Time)

The Salmagundi Club, one of New York’s oldest arts organizations, seeks a skilled and personable bartender to join our distinguished dining and hospitality team. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the bartender plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service with warmth, precision, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with expertise and flair
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Uphold club standards and contribute to a culture of hospitality and respect

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or private club setting
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and commitment to guest satisfaction
