BCBA Clinical Directors needed in Fort Worth, TX (Southwest & North Locations)

Compensation & Perks ($90K–$105K + bonuses):

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a clinical team while managing a reduced caseload
• Design and oversee personalized treatment plans
• Mentor RBTs, BCBA interns, and new BCBAs
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing case management
• Ensure quality outcomes and uphold ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA & LBA (TX)
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing BCBA
• 1+ year with early intervention clients (ages 2–6 preferred)
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Master’s in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field
• CPR/AED or BLS certification
