Job Description: Valley Isle Motors is looking for a skilled and motivated Body Shop Flat Rate Technician to join our team. If you have experience in auto body repair and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Perform collision and body repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Repair or replace damaged parts, including panels, fenders, bumpers, and frames
• Use industry-standard tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Work with estimators and team members to complete repairs in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an auto body technician
• Ability to complete high-quality repairs efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Proficiency with body repair tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
