Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Body Shop/Collision Technician to join our team in Ozark, Missouri. The Technician will be responsible for a wide variety of repairs from minor to major body shop repairs on our customer’s vehicles in a safe and timely manner. We are looking for someone with exceptional problem-solving and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to work well under deadlines. For the right applicant, we are willing to train an apprentice technician. Compensation & Benefits This is a Full Time - hourly Technician / Skilled Labor / Contract position that is compensated with a competitive hourly wage, paid semi-monthly. Generous benefits are available for this position including comprehensive health care packages, a 401k retirement plan, and paid vacation. Responsibilities

• Perform/Learn all body shop-related repairs on vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Perform/Learn necessary repairs on panels, frames, and suspension systems
• Identify when additional repairs may be needed and recommend to advisors
• Perform diagnostic tests and recommend solutions
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service in all aspects of the role
• Follow proper safety and environmental techniques per repair procedures
• Maintain professional and clean workplace environment
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Above average experience on a variety of body shop repairs
• Experience on minor and major body shop repairs preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Good knowledge of body repair techniques
• Ability to effectively read and interpret repair orders, drawings, and schematics
• Ability to use a multi-meter, oscilloscope, wire diagram, and schematics
• Ability to operate paint spray equipment
• Ability to accurately complete and document repair orders
• Ability to follow proper safety and environmental techniques
• Ability to maintain professional and clean working environment
