Job Title: Caregiver.
Location: Grand Rapids, MI.
Position: Full-Time and Part-Time Available.
Salary: $16.50 per hour.

• Day shift.
• Evening shift.
• Night shift.
• Overnight shift.
• Rotating weekends.

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our Adult Foster Care home in Grand Rapids. Caregivers play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, and grooming).
• Prepare meals.
• Medication Management: Prepare and administer medications (training provided and paid).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (training available).
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record (required).
• Personal Vehicle (required).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate interpersonal skills such as empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment.
• Ability to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform essential job functions.
