Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

A leading outpatient endoscopy group in Miami is seeking a CRNA to join its collaborative anesthesia team. This position offers a balanced weekday schedule, competitive pay to the $200Ks with bonuses, and a strong benefits package. Key Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia and monitoring for GI procedures in outpatient centers
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and manage recovery care
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
Schedule and Compensation
Monday through Friday, daytime hours only
No weekends, nights, or holidays
Base salary $185,000 $195,000 with annual bonuses of $5,000 $9,000
CME/Dues allowance $1,500
Time Off and Benefits
5 weeks vacation, increasing to 6 weeks after 3 years
8 paid holidays (33 38 total days off per year)
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
401(k) with 3% employer Safe Harbor contribution, fully vested after one year
Malpractice coverage with tail provided
Qualifications
Current CRNA license and eligibility for Florida credentialing
GI or endoscopy experience preferred, not required
