• Strategic Leadership - Partner with the President to drive financial and operational strategies that align with company goals.
• Financial Management - Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred .
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance and operations, preferably in manufacturing .
• Proven track record of driving financial growth and operational efficiency in a leadership role.
• Experience with sales strategy development and market expansion .
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable business strategies .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
