JOB SUMMARY: The Clothing Sorter sorts and prices clothing destined for the ThriftSmart sales floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Associates will perform some combination of the following duties and responsibilities:

• Sort clothing into proper categories.
• Ensure quality control of all items – keeping the best and recycling the rest.
• Price and ticket merchandise using pricing guidelines.
• Stock merchandise on sales floor as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Meet production standards for quality and quantity.
• Assist other production areas as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience in retail or warehouse environment preferred.
