It is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong corporate and contract law experience in the Real Estate industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Paralegal supports the company’s legal, compliance, and governance functions by overseeing contracts, entities, and regulatory filings across multiple states.

  • Overseeing and coordinating a range of legal operations functions that support the organization’s corporate infrastructure and compliance initiatives.

  • Assist with licensing and regulatory filings, helping the organization remain in good standing across jurisdictions.
  • Maintaining and updating legal templates and precedent documents, assisting with entity formation and governance, preparing initial drafts of routine legal documents, and managing corporate records such as minute books and organizational charts.
  • Support the legal team by coordinating incoming requests, tracking tasks and invoices, and conducting preliminary research related to legislation or operational policies.
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting with due diligence reviews, document management, and litigation coordination as needed.

Corporate Paralegal Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of corporate paralegal or legal operations experience, preferably within an in-house or multi-entity environment within the real estate industry.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred and will accept candidates in the process of obtaining certification, may be willing to consider experience over certification.

  • Familiarity with multi-state entity management, Secretary of State filings, and corporate database maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting licensing, registration, or compliance tracking.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface professionally across departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with contract or entity management systems preferred.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation plus bonus potential based on company and individual performance.
  • Hybrid Schedule available once training is completed.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (variety of plans available).
  • Additional benefits and incentives discussed during interview process.
