We’re a fast-growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising company seeking motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team immediately . As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support our live fundraising events, community outreach programs, and promotional campaigns for nonprofit and mission-driven clients. Your job is to provide friendly, informed interactions that help raise awareness, increase engagement, and create positive experiences with the public.
This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training , ideal for individuals eager to build communication, event support, and customer-facing skills.
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, pop-up outreach sites, and promotional activations
Greet attendees, answer questions, and communicate campaign details clearly
Assist with event setup, registration, break-down, and materials distribution
Engage with community members to build awareness and support for current fundraising initiatives
Provide excellent customer service in fast-paced event environments
Record guest interactions and share feedback with the event team
Collaborate with event leads and outreach coordinators to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a friendly, professional, solution-focused approach at all times
No experience required — full, paid training provided.
