Responsibilities Understand and navigate the current ETL/ELT ecosystem, including databases like Snowflake, SAP HANA, and DBT, to become effective quickly. Analyze and interpret the existing code base, identifying opportunities for optimization, refactoring, or integration across platforms. Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into clear technical specifications and code changes. Design and develop scalable, reusable data models in Snowflake aligned with enterprise standards. Write and maintain performance-optimized SQL queries within DBT and Snowflake, focusing on efficiency and maintainability. Automate data workflows and pipeline executions using job scheduling tools such as Control-M (CTM) or similar for reliable data processing. Participate in code reviews, contribute to documentation, and follow best practices in version control and CI/CD. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and QA teams to support data delivery and validation. Continuously seek improvements in data pipeline efficiency, data quality, and monitoring capabilities. Must Have Technical Skills Strong proficiency in SQL Oracle PL/SQL Snowflake SAP HANA (Native) DBT (Data Build Tool) Roles & Responsibilities Understand and navigate the ETL/ELT ecosystem with databases like Snowflake, SAP HANA, and DBT.
