Design Consultant – Luxury Pool Sales & Design

Your Role as a Design Consultant You'll lead the journey from inspiration to installation by:

Connecting & Inspiring: Engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring each potential project aligns with our standards.

Designing Dreams: Creating innovative, visually compelling pool designs using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD or Google SketchUp (training provided).

Collaborating for Excellence: Presenting custom designs, guiding clients through material selections, and closely coordinating with our construction teams to seamlessly bring projects to life.

Project Management: Managing HOA approvals, assembling critical pre-construction documents (property surveys, engineering reports), and maintaining accurate client and project records using our CRM platform.

Delivering Superior Service: Ensuring each project progresses efficiently from initial consultation through construction to ongoing maintenance, always exceeding client expectations.

What You Bring to Our Team We're seeking someone creative, proactive, and dedicated who:

• Demonstrates a strong sense of design with the ability to visualize unique outdoor living spaces.
• Has experience or enthusiasm to learn design software and a foundational understanding of construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and proven success in high-end design-build sales.
