Position Overview

We are seeking an E-Commerce Supervisor for the Timbers and Thorns Retail Team at Providence Park in Portland, Oregon. As the E-Commerce Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional fan experiences through efficient e-commerce operations and jersey customizations. This hands-on, fast-paced role focuses on order fulfillment, heat press customization, and custome service, especially during peak periods like holidays and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead jersey customization using heat press equipment with precision and speed.
• Oversee online order fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate shipping.
• Provide outstanding customer service across digital and in-person channels.
• Operate and support systems including Shipstation, Shopify, RetailCloud, SharePoint, and CRMs.
• Maintain warehouse operations including inventory managemnt, prdocut transfers, and cycle counts.
• Work in physically demanding conditions (80% physical labor, 20% computer work), inclduing lifting 50+ lbs and working in variable temperatures.
• Must complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with computers, email, texting, and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with jersey customization, customer service, and warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Must by 18 years or older for this position.

Schedule

• This role offers Part-Time hours
• As we are an event-based environment, you must be able to accommodate a varying work schdule with shifts that can fluctuate across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays.
• Must maintain excellent attendance.
