Job Description: Rank + Rally is seeking to hire an E-Commerce Supervisor. The E-commerce Supervisor will be responsible for effectively hiring, training, scheduling and leading store employees in customer service, product knowledge and retail store operations. This position requires working well with co-workers; possessing the ability to excel in a diverse, high volume and fast-paced environment; and skill at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Essential Duties: + Assist E-commerce Manager with all duties related to E-commerce. + Operate and troubleshoot issues with e-commerce fulfillment, customer service, and inventory. + Effectively supervise e-commerce staff by delegating duties, monitoring productivity and ensuring all tasks are completed. + Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and orders are fulfilled and sent to the warehouse. + Continually update e-commerce quantities on Shopify. + Ensure that health and safety measures comply with company and federal standards Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education): + A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency + Years of related work experience: 3 + Skilled in all job functions within e-commerce operation. Have strong troubleshooting, communication and supervisory capabilities. + Ability to train new employees. + Ability to read and understand reports, policies and procedures. + Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills and excellent observation and analytical abilities + Able to lift or otherwise move items up to fifty (50) pounds; stand or remain at a stationary position for 4-8 hours + Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations + Must be 18 years or older + Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays Apply to Levy today!
