Middletown Medical is looking for a board-certified/BE Endocrinologist provider for its practice.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate would be passionate about providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic illnesses, as well as promoting preventive care measures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active medical license in NY or eligibility to apply.
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
