Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our internal and external communication initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and engaging with our diverse audience. Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and editing content for press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings, including venue bookings and attendee management.
Support the communications team in developing marketing materials and presentations.
Monitor social media channels and assist in engaging with the audience online.
Conduct research to gather information for communication initiatives and reports.
Help maintain and update the company website and internal communication platforms.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
