We're hiring a full-time Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant to support nationally recognized nonprofits and ethical brands through live events, promotional outreach, and grassroots campaigns.

About the Role

As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced marketing professionals to execute community-focused campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement, and promote causes that truly matter. Your work will have a direct impact on brand visibility, public perception , and social good .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for nonprofit and mission-driven clients

  • Represent clients at community events , in-store promotions , and brand activations

  • Engage with the public to promote awareness and drive interest in nonprofit services or ethical brands

  • Support the coordination of event logistics, team schedules, and campaign rollout strategies

  • Track campaign performance and provide feedback on outreach effectiveness

  • Collaborate with outreach teams to develop messaging strategies and marketing materials

  • Participate in grassroots marketing initiatives and face-to-face engagement

  • Contribute to market research, customer feedback collection, and campaign reporting

  • Attend team meetings and assist with communication between field teams and internal stakeholders
