Job Summary

W e are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our field operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to clients. This role includes supporting field and maintenance teams, preparing equipment for operations, and ensuring all tasks are executed in alignment with safety and performance standards.

 

Job Description

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
  • Actively participate in pre-job planning and toolbox safety meetings with crew members.
  • Maintain equipment in safe working order by following maintenance and operational standards; promptly report any issues or deviations.
  • Promote and ensure individual and crew safety at all times.
  • Prepare and operate equipment during rig-up and rig-down phases.
  • Operate machinery and field equipment in accordance with competency level and job-specific requirements.
  • Consistently wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
  • Stay current with required safety and operational training.

 

S kills Required

  • Previous experience in oilfield or energy service operations is an asset.
  • Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
  • Physically capable of handling fieldwork and equipment operation.
  • Willingness to travel and work in remote locations as required.

 

Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical training preferred

 

Pay Rate

  • $19 per hour and higher depending on experience

 

Additional Details

  • Field-based role involving outdoor and potentially hazardous environments.
  • Rotational or shift-based schedule may apply.
  • PPE and safety gear provided and required at all times.
