Job Description
We are seeking a talented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative and organized professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for event planning. The Event Coordinator will assist in the design, logistics, and execution of a wide range of events, ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with client expectations and brand vision.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from concept development to on-site management.
Manage logistics including venue selection, vendor communication, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with company objectives.
Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up.
Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide on-site support to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings during events.
