Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar + 5-8 years of full cycle Accounting experience, including experience as Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller managing direct reports + NetSuite ERP experience + Manufacturing industry experience with companies between $10-50mm + Consolidations/intercompany experience + Advanced Excel including lookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas + GAAP/IFRS experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr. - Medical, Dental, Vision (80% paid by company, 20% pay out of pocket)- Bonus (10%-20% based on individual and company performance) - - 401k- $125 monthly stipend for internet - Unlimited PTO- Yearly merit increase (not guaranteed) - last 3 year's it has been 2-3%/ Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in El Segundo,CA.
