Job Description

Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Type: Contract
Compensation: $18/Hour +/DOE
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 12-Hour Shifts; 5 Days on/5 Days off - Both day and overnight shifts available. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or production area

• Supply raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods for staging or shipment

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and ensure proper storage of materials

• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain) and strong understanding of warehouse safety practices
