What you’ll lead

• Frontline leadership: coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Operations execution: manage staffing, balance workflow, and resolve issues in real time.

What it takes

• Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year of team leadership in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Distribution/warehouse experience is a strong plus.
• Proven planning, organization, and people‑development skills.
