Full-Time Infant Nanny – Medford, MA – February 2026 Start Date

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $28–$32 per hour
Benefits: Paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a health stipend

A growing family in Medford, MA is seeking a nurturing and experienced full-time nanny to care for their newborn starting in February 2026. The ideal candidate will have extensive infant care experience and be comfortable supporting a first-time mom returning to work. The position requires reliability, excellent communication skills, and a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, full-time care for an infant
• Follow feeding, nap, and developmental routines as discussed with parents
• Clean and sanitize bottles and baby items daily
• Handle all infant laundry and help keep the nursery organized
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment in shared baby spaces
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide daily updates
• Meal prepping for the family
• Remain flexible to stay slightly later if both parents are delayed at work

Requirements:

• Recent infant nanny experience
• Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong references from past nanny roles
• Long-term commitment (1+ year preferred)
• Must be punctual, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable working with parents who have demanding professional schedules
• Must have U.S work authorization

• Provide 3-5 professional references
