What You'll Do * Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team of Sales Consultants, Finance Managers, and support staff to achieve and surpass dealership sales goals. * Drive performance across new, used, leasing, and subprime finance segments—ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. * Design and implement sales strategies that drive volume while maintaining high CSI and team cohesion. * Maintain deep knowledge of Nissan products and evolving industry trends to stay ahead of the market. * Monitor, analyze, and act on key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and results. * Collaborate with the Fixed Ops and Finance departments to ensure operational excellence across the dealership. * Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent, instilling a culture of accountability, integrity, and constant improvement. * Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies. What We're Looking For * Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales leadership, with demonstrated success as a Sales or General Sales Manager. * Proven expertise in new and pre-owned vehicle sales, leasing strategies, and subprime credit. * Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for mentorship and performance development. * High-level understanding of sales forecasting, inventory management, and desking deals. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Proficiency with CRM systems, DMS platforms (Dealertrack, Eleads, Vauto), and digital retailing tools. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
