About the Role Vitable Health is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable
Health & Nutrition Coach to provide personalized support to members participating in our GLP-1 and chronic care programs. This part-time, remote role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals adopt sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits aligned with their health goals.
As a key extension of our clinical care team, you'll help bridge the gap between medical guidance and everyday implementation—offering human-centered support that goes far beyond meal plans and handouts.
What You'll Do - Conduct one-on-one nutrition and lifestyle assessments for Vitable members
- Create and evolve individualized plans that promote behavior change and long-term success
- Coach members toward weight management and chronic condition goals through education, encouragement, and accountability
- Offer practical guidance on healthy eating, portion control, meal planning, and habit formation
- Help members interpret and act on clinical recommendations from their care team
- Collaborate closely with providers and support staff to ensure seamless, coordinated care
- Accurately document sessions and interactions in electronic health records
- Stay aligned with Vitable Health's policies and complete all required training
What You'll Bring - Background in healthcare, health benefits, or healthtech environments; experience in SaaS sales or B2B settings is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to make complex concepts accessible
- Confidence working independently and cross-functionally in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
- A curious mindset, a humble attitude, and a drive to build something meaningful
- Bonus: experience working in a startup or high-growth company
