Sky Zone in Rockledge, FL is looking for one hourly manager to join our 45 person strong team. We are located on 624 Barnes Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the park
• Walk the park multiple times daily to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Routinely exceed customer expectations and deliver a WOW experience
• Grow sales through membership sales, programs, fundraising, community involvement, etc.
• Handling cash, deposits, safe counts, refunds, etc.
• Ensure the facility meets the highest of cleanliness standards by cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and other basic general cleaning duties.
• Performing independently with a focus on teamwork

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Energy & enthusiasm to provide an exceptional customer experience (Deliver WOW)
• Customer service experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory/management role
• Valid Driver's License with access to reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college education is a plus

Job Type: Full-time/Part Time

Pay: Starts at $15.00 per hour
