Our growing team is looking for a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our residential division.

About the Role

As an HVAC Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs and provide tailored recommendations. This position is residential-only, with no commercial accounts, and all leads are warm, generated through Fagone’s marketing and service teams. You’ll guide customers through options and help them choose efficient solutions that fit their home and budget.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and comfort assessments
• Present heating and cooling system options clearly and professionally
• Create accurate proposals and close residential system sales
• Maintain active communication with service and installation teams
• Track sales opportunities and performance in CRM
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow up after installation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC or home services sales experience preferred
• Valid MA driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and comfort solutions
• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital forms

Compensation

Base salary plus commission structure.Estimated earning potential: $80,000–$150,000+ annually (based on performance).
