TalentSphere is hiring on behalf of our client in Lombard, IL for a Junior Marketing & Brand Strategy Associate to support their expanding Management Department. This is a dynamic, entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to learn the full scope of marketing, brand development, and leadership. You'll receive hands-on training across departments and contribute to the growth and representation of nationally recognized client brands.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in daily sales tracking and territory assessments; report findings to senior management

• Attend weekday training meetings focused on tools, tactics, and professional development

• Stay up to date on products, promotions, and competitor activity

• Travel locally for fieldwork and occasionally attend national conferences or client meetings

• Represent clients professionally while fostering strong customer relationships

• Support brand management initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant customer-facing experience preferred

• Prior background in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with client presentations and daily customer interaction

• Flexible with scheduling and open to occasional travel

• Able to reliably commute to the Lombard office and start within 2 weeks of offer
