Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days a week on-site. The Work: + As a Junior Python Developer, you will be responsible for working along with team for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. + Support and work for solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. + Serve as subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. + Be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. + Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. + Work along with the development of innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives. + Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. + Engage with team to enhance technical skills and knowledge. + Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. Basic Qualifications: + Associate Degree + A minimum of 3 years of Experience in Python Development + A minimum of 2 years of Experience with Oracle SQL Development + A minimum of 3 years of Experience in Banking/Finance Domains Preferred Qualifications: + Experience using RESTful APIs and microservices + Knowledge on frameworks like Django or Flask + Working experience on version control tools like GIT + Bachelor's Degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
