Long-Term Nanny – Weston, CT Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $35
A warm, busy family in Weston, CT is seeking a long-term, highly experienced Nanny to care for their two young sons (ages almost 3 and 2). Their home is a spacious 7,400 sq. ft. residence, and the boys are loving, curious, energetic, musical, and deeply cherished. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, nurturing presence and a minimum of 15 years of professional childcare experience.
About the Children
Two boys, almost 3 and 2 years old — affectionate, talkative, active, animal-loving, and eager to learn. They thrive with structure, warmth, creativity, and patient guidance.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time (40+ hours/week)
- Occasional date nights & weekends may be requested

Responsibilities
- Tender, developmentally supportive care for two toddlers
- Light cooking/meal prep for children
- Full meal prep (breakfast/lunch/dinner) when needed
- Light housekeeping related to the children
- Support with daily routines, activities, and enrichment
- Maintain a safe, engaging environment
- Occasional assistance with household organization
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of childcare experience
- Experience working with toddlers
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Strong communication skills
- Warm, patient, energetic, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a large home
- Long-term commitment preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $35/hr / depending on experience
