Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Press Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate press machines to produce parts or products according to work orders and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials into the press machine and unload finished products.
• Maintenance Support: Perform basic machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication, and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Documentation: Accurately complete production logs and records.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments.
• Basic understanding of machine operations or tools.

Work Environment:
