Job Description Mailroom Associate
Part-time located in Bloomington, MN
$17.00 per Hour
Monday, Thursday, Friday 10am-2pm
About the Mailroom Associate role: As a member of the Mailroom team, you will perform business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills and tasks based on established procedures.
Requirements We're looking for individuals with exceptional mailroom abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you will need:
•Exceptional communication skills.
•Proficiency in basic keyboarding, PC/Internet navigation, and Microsoft Office.
•1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment.
•Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
•Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
•Prior experience in a Mail Center (preferred).
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or higher education degree.
•Eligibility to pass a background check, potentially including employment and education verification.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and translate information.
•Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Responsibility Statements •Sort and organize documents, files, and archives by type.
•Receive and process both electronic and paper documents.
•Assist in delivering and collecting mail, ensuring everything goes to the right location.
•Maintain the Records Room following document retention policies.
•Sort mail accurately into department mail slots for delivery.
•Receive, sort, and process incoming mail, packages, and supplies.
•Assist in driving to the post office to pick up mail if needed.
•Scan documents using equipment to ensure legibility for review.
•Follow mailroom security procedures and all company policies.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $17 an hour.
