REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ months experience with forklift and pallet jack operation (manual and electric)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated/freezer environments
• Prior experience in shipping, packing, or warehouse logistics
• Effective team communicator with strong reliability
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in multi-functional warehouse roles
• Thrives in high-activity, team-driven settings
• Familiarity with basic shipping or inventory tools

ROLE IMPACT
KEY DUTIES
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials
• Prepare pallets for shipment and wrap items per shipping protocols
• Pick, pack, and label goods to fulfill orders accurately
• Rotate between stations and support various warehouse operations
• Work collaboratively to meet production and shipping targets
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Forklifts, manual/electric pallet jacks
• Climate-controlled and freezer zones
• Standing, lifting, and walking for extended durations
• Access to onsite gym and employee events
