Compensation: Depending on qualifications
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Expected Hours: 40 per week

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Lister to manage and optimize our product listings, digital storefronts, and online retail operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, merchandising, and marketing within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Lister, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency across all online product listings. You’ll also help manage promotions, monitor pricing, and ensure a cohesive brand presence across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and major online retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across all e-commerce channels
  • Write compelling, accurate product descriptions and upload images, specs, and pricing details
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor pricing
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to gather and refine product information
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure listing accuracy
  • Perform regular audits of online listings to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with platform guidelines
  • Assist in managing online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements
  • Provide support in improving customer experience across digital touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ year of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or product content management
  • In depth experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and major retail portals
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices for product listings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving digital space
