This is a POST-Sales role.
Work with 6-7 customers which are high-touch; be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Be very confident. At least 5 accounts/customers. Influence to get customers buy more features and enhancements of the products that has been sold. There is a separate sales team.
Recognizes alerts/cases with the customers and direct to correct team for action/resolution.
