Pay: $18 to $20 hourly
Valor Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated, organized, and bilingual (English-Chinese) On-Site Supervisor to join our team! Our core mission is to provide top-tier staffing support to warehouses and logistics companies—and we need someone to help bridge the gap between our employees and our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the communication bridge between VTS, our employees, and the client’s supervisors.
Help train new warehouse employees to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain regular communication with our HR Manager , providing updates and addressing concerns.
Ensure all employees are clocking in and out properly each day.
Assist with resolving any workplace issues that arise among the team.
Support daily operations by maintaining a positive, professional, and productive work environment .
Translate or communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) as needed.
✅ Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) .
Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or staffing environment preferred.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Reliable, professional, and committed to team success.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
