Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Per Diem

Location: Fleming Island, FL

We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, erectile dysfunction treatments, vitamin therapy, and other men’s wellness services — all delivered in a comfortable, supportive “man-cave” environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a per diem basis. This role will support our growing clinic by providing high-quality patient care, conducting evaluations, reviewing labs, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations, review lab results, and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing patient care, including follow-ups and Telehealth visits as needed
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests (labs, hormone levels, etc.)
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies in compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with medical assistants and clinic staff to ensure an excellent patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in hormone therapy, endocrinology, men’s health, family medicine, or urology strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions
• Comfortable with both in-person and Telehealth consultations
• Current DEA license (or eligibility)

Schedule & Compensation

• Per Diem – flexible scheduling based on clinic needs
• Competitive per diem pay, based on experience
