The AMP OnBase and Docusign Developer is responsible for delivering high-quality solutions within the Hyland OnBase and Docusign platforms, with a primary focus on OnBase system development, support, and integration, and a secondary focus on Docusign technical support and integration. This role requires deep technical expertise in Hyland OnBase, including API development, workflow troubleshooting, user administration, and Unity Forms design. The developer will also provide technical support for Docusign, including API development, integration, and log interpretation. The developer will work under the direction of the Enterprise Application Services Director and collaborate with functional area leads, business analysts, and other stakeholders. The incumbent will leverage AMP/OSU development tools and standardized methodologies, ensuring best practices for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Position Duties

• Develop, configure, and maintain Hyland OnBase solutions, including workflows, Unity Forms, and user administration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within OnBase workflows and Unity Forms.
• Design and implement integrations using the Hyland OnBase API (Hyland OnBase API Certification required).
• Develop and maintain scripts in C# for OnBase.
• Perform SQL development and troubleshooting for both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Support and maintain Talend jobs, including Java development for Talend integrations.
• Design, implement, and support API integrations between OnBase, Docusign, and other systems.
• Provide technical support for Docusign, including API development, SQL queries, Talend job support, and interpretation of .war logs.
• Collaborate with functional leads and subject matter experts to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Participate in team meetings, project planning, and lessons-learned reviews.
• Escalate barriers, issues, and risks to the AMP conversion lead with recommendations for resolution.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Minimum/Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Hyland OnBase API Certification (required by Hyland to support the OnBase system).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase, including workflow troubleshooting, user administration, and Unity Forms design.
• Experience developing and supporting integrations using the Hyland OnBase API.
• Proficiency in C# for OnBase scripting.
• Experience with SQL development and troubleshooting (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server).
• Experience with Talend and Java for Talend job development.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• 1+ years of technical support experience with Docusign, including API development, SQL, Talend, and .war log interpretation.
• Experience working independently and in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to clarify ambiguous requirements.
• Highly adaptive and able to manage shifting priorities and timelines.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise-wide OnBase and Docusign implementations in higher education or large organizations.
• Familiarity with source control systems (Git, GitHub, SVN).
• Experience with data migration, ETL, or integration projects involving OnBase and Docusign.
