About the Job:

Our amazing state of the art Pediatric dental office is expanding! We are looking to add another enthusiastic, energetic, reliable and self motivated dental assistant to our already amazing team! We are a non-corporate, privately owned practice. We serve the dental needs of infants, children, and teens (including those with special needs) in Plainfield and the surrounding areas. We love to have fun while working and giving our patients the best dental experience. Full time Mon- Friday with NO weekends and early days on Fridays!

• Assist the Doctors with various pediatric dental procedures.
• Maintain customer service and excellence.
• Obtain dental x-rays.
• Maintain suctions and cleaning vacuum traps.
• Maintain dental equipment and materials.
• Maintain operatories, sterilization and office.
• Help manage inventory/ordering.
• General upkeep and cleaning of office.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (would be nice).
• Must be certified in coronal polishing and pit and fissure sealants (would be nice).
• Dental terminology.
• Curve Dental software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, Self-motivated, and a proactive problem solve.
• Desire to work with children and special needs patients.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
