Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Remote Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to an executive or individual professional. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for meetings or travel.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as scheduling household services, reservations, or errands (as required).
  • Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence.
  • Track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform light bookkeeping or expense tracking.
  • Support additional business or personal projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in digital productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
