A thriving multi-provider primary care group in the Alpharetta and Johns Creek area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team and manage their own patient panel. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, motivated provider who is ready to step into a busy practice and quickly build strong patient relationships.

Position Highlights:

• Practice Setting: 100% outpatient primary care
• Patient Panel: Manage your own panel; not an assisting role
• Patient Volume: Average 16-20 patients/day, once at full speed, start with 8-10
• Visit Types: General exams, sick visits, chronic care follow-ups, occasional telemedicine visits during peak seasons
• Support Structure: Assigned supervising physician plus full team support
• Schedule:
  • Standard Monday-Friday schedule
  • New hires encouraged to work 5 days/week initially
  • Option for 4-day work week once panel is full
• No inpatient responsibilities
• On-Call: Light rotation, every 10 weeks, after-hours and weekends

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in family practice or internal medicine preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary plus productivity bonus potential; transition to 25% of net collections after 1-2 years
• Profit Sharing: Available after 1 year of full production
