Job Description

A growing primary care organization with multiple locations across Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its well-established Internal Medicine Practice located 20 miles south of Boston. Position Details:

• Join a supportive team of 6 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners
• Outpatient-only practice with no nights, weekends, or call
• Flexible scheduling: 4 or 4.5-day work week available
• Typical schedule includes 34 patient contact hours + 6 admin hours
• Average patient census: 20 per day
• 1:1 Medical Assistant support
• Innovative AI documentation tools (Ambient & Navina) to enhance efficiency and patient focus

Compensation & Benefits:

• High base salary with additional bonus potential

Requirements:

• NCCPA Certified
• 1+ Years of experience as a primary care PA or 2+ years of experience in a different specialty that relates to primary care such as Urgent Care, Geriatrics, Endocrinology, etc.
